The decor in the room was beautiful and tastefully appointed. Despite the small size of the room, it had a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The location of the pension was perfect, situated in a lovely part of town. Even though it could be noisy on a Saturday night, it added to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for dining options. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in a great location.

The location is very convenient, close to both the train station and bus station, making it easy to travel around the city. It is also within walking distance to the "old town" area, where you can explore the charming streets and architecture. Additionally, the reception staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance with lost baggage and giving valuable advice on places to visit.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin, which can result in some noise disturbance from neighboring rooms and upstairs.

I arrived early but had to wait almost an hour to check in, which was frustrating. However, the location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the Old Town and La Concha beach. The room was small, but clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff, especially Nahuel, was always pleasant and helpful. I had a satisfactory stay at Pension Nuevas Artes.

The setting here was really nice, and it was easy to get to Maria Cristina Bridge; the local staff was friendly and very kind.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the marvellous location of the pension, within easy walking distance of the old town and shopping precincts. the staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to assist us when required. We also appreciated their assistance in organizing parking for our vehicle. the room was nice, clean, and comfortable, meeting all our expectations. We were lucky to have the room with the corner balcony, which provided a lovely spot to sit and people-watch with a drink in hand. the pension had everything we needed at a good price.

The location was great, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the beach and old town area. The room could get quite hot as there was no air conditioning available. The lack of soundproofing in the walls also posed a problem, as noise from the streets and neighboring rooms could be heard.

This place is clean and cute, with a great location close to the train stations.
